Vienna was lovely (and very rich-looking) - I doubt they'd welcome that type of cross-boarder traffic, at least in the tourist parts of town!

Ah, I've done that trip - and remember the Prague train station very well! It was quite a "druggy" place too, unless they've cleaned it up and moved them on elsewhere...

But I was minded to cross the street and attempt a couple of citizen arrests of the Fallen Gong rioters.
