Baseball people are so stuck in their ways that it takes ages to change anything about the game. Bringing in the pitch clock was a great idea, but it's only just happened but been talked about for decades.

They should eliminate the shortstop completely. Any way to get more people on base and more runs scored would be good for the sport.
I was happy I went and experienced it at least.

I must say the Rogers Centre is very easy to walk around it's a very good stadium comfortable for everyone we had the 6pm game so basically the twilight match as the sun went down and the lights come on.

The ramps to go up to the upper decks is a lot easier then stairs and then you could sneak into the upper tiers where they have which are more drinking areas to mingle and socialise while watching the batters not hit a home run.

Dissapointed to hear Andre Braugher passed away at 61 the other day. Which is way too young in this current world.

His role of Captain Holt in Brooklyn 99 was outstanding.

Along with Frank Pembleton in Homicide in the mid 90s when i binged watched that a few years ago.

Too young. Very sad.
I never watched Homicide or Brooklyn 99, but he was just one of those actors that I had seen in so many things, and he was always good.

Depends on your comedy type.

But Brooklyn 99 was a great show and seeing Melissa Fumero every episode looking slick made it even better.

Well if the reporters are AI, I figure the females might as well be naked. Cos you can't exploit AI pixels, right ? Work with me here.

I've seen bits and pieces of it. It seemed ok. I just never got around to watching it.

For reference, I loved:

Seinfeld
Arrested Development
The Office
Community
The Good Place
Parks and Rec
Curb your Enthusiasm
Schitt's Creek
Always Sunny

I did not like:

Big Bang Theory
Two and a Half Men
Will and Grace
2 Broke Girls
...and shows of that sort. All awful.

Little bit of Christmas history.....

Santa was very upset. It was Christmas Eve and NOTHING was going right!
Mrs. Claus had burned all the biscuits. The elves were complaining about not getting paid for the overtime they had while making the toys.
The reindeer had been drinking all afternoon and were dead drunk. To make matters worse, they had taken the sleigh out for a spin earlier in the day and had crashed it into a tree.
Santa was furious. "I can't believe it! I've got to deliver millions of presents all over the world in just a few hours and all of my reindeer are pissed, the elves are on strike and I don't even have a Christmas tree!"
He continued, "And I sent that stupid Little Angel out hours ago to find a tree and he isn't even back yet! What am I going to do?"
Just then, the Little Angel opened the front door and stepped in from the snowy night, dragging a Christmas tree behind him.
He said, "Yo, fat man! Where do you want me to stick the tree this year?
And thus the tradition of angels atop the Christmas tree got its start...

I liked -
Seinfeld
Frasier
Peep show
It Crowd
Plebs
That 70s show
Married with children

IT Crowd was great. Loved it.
I heard so many good things about Peep Show, but I never watched it. Seinfeld and Frasier were always good (haven't seen the new Frasier, so can't comment on that).
Married with Children is a classic. Not sure how it would be received today, haha.

That 70s Show had its moments, but was never one of my favourites. Just wasn't 'must watch' tv for me.
Never heard of Plebs.

Plebs is great for the first 3 seasons.

I do love me some British comedy shows.

The Young Ones has been a favourite since I was a kid.
Blackadder.
Fawlty Towers.
Spaced.
The Inbetweeners.
The Office.
Extras.

I still don't know if I can consider After Life a comedy. It can be very funny at times, but it's also really melancholy and sad. Great show, whatever genre it wants to be in.
