That was just a general statemnt and not specifically applied to NYE, poor journalism really.

Big ? I've never heard of it.

Its liquidation is another blow to the limping music festival scene in Australia, which has struggled to rebuild following the COVID-19 pandemic.

They are not all struggling. Good Things played around the counry and Knottfest played at Melb Sydney and Brisvegas and both have already begun planning for next year.

There seems to be a common theme amongst the ones that are failing, they just don't appeal to the hard core music fan imo.
