On the plus side, the average house price in Elizabeth is only 200k.

Of course I'm not quite sure what the cost of renovations will be to repair the place after the meth lab explosion.

Still, only about 60% of the price of Charnwood, for a similar risk of incendiary activities or attacks from organised crime syndicates.

Yeah but every house in Charnwood comes with the remains of 13 VL Commodores with no VIN numbers scattered throughout the yard.

I dunno actually, I'm pretty sure the local credit union in Elizabeth has a meth lab in their basement too....

You think they're in the business of giving loans to competitors to get back on their feet?

Most likely they're responsible for half the explosions.

Depends what your priorities are. If you are a socially awkward gibbon, then yes anywhere away from people is preferable.

well yeh you miss out on so much, I just wish I could live like this

No but seriously Adelaide is brilliant if you're a serial killer. Or an AFL fan...although how AFL fans sleep at night knowing what they've done I'll never know.

Personally I like the safe swimming environment.

A DRUNK man chose the wrong moment to heckle a police officer while cradling a beer on the street.

A crowd of reporters and camera operators had gathered outside Albury police station in regional NSW about 10.30am on Monday for a press conference that didn’t go entirely to plan.

Shortly after Detective Inspector Winston Woodward had begun his speech, a dishevelled passer-by with a stubbie in hand crossed the street, yelling “bulls**t” towards the officer and media.

Mr Woodward excused himself from the attentive press pack, instructing the man to put the glass bottle down.

Local news cameras captured footage of the man pouring the content of his bottle into a nearby rubbish bin, but still he refused to co-operate.

Detective Inspector Woodward had had enough, and grabbed the man by the collar before marching him into the police station telling the shocked offender he was under arrest for swearing in public.

He was issued with a $500 fine.

After the incident, the diligent senior officer returned to coolly complete the media briefing.

I'm not sure. It does sound like me. And for all I know I might look like that these days. But pouring a beer into a bin just isn't something I'd do... Unless I planned to return and poke a hole in the bottom later.

Also, get f**ked.

That is a very good point. Maybe you'd have to tell them the loan was for manufacturing pingers so they didn't see as a direct threat
