For years I have resisted hybrids but I am seriously thinking about replacing my 4 iron so that I can get more height and a softer landing on long approaches. It doesn't make me any less of a man though.

My mates first iron is a 7. We call him a horses hoof but he has lowered his handicap by 3 shots.

I got a new hybrid surfboard, hybrid of a long board and thruster, its brilliant.

I also got a 3 hybrid and now looking at a 4, unbelievable distance and control, the pros even use them so I dont see any issues with them
