LOLi love a good stitch up but you have to count AFL saturday FTA figures, as well.. if this is going to mean anything,,
but Tosser saidlol@AFaiL results in Sydney/Brisbane. Lions haven't see those crowds at the Gabba this decade so I'm not sure whose a watching them here
Adelaide numbers are low IMO
swans get 120k fta in syd.
come out of the closet alreadyLol ... you guys are so deluded.. on saturday arvo AFL gets about 350-400k accross Metro and regional FTA markets, + 195k on Fox
And we think we win when we get 265k on fox...
If we are going to discuss numbers at least make it apples with apples...
NRL would probably also get 350k on FTA accross the country on saturday,, but we are too stupid to allow FTA to show it..
basically the same, bit lower in brisbane, underwhelming really. Hopefully gets updated. With game 2 being a closer contest hopefully we see similar or better ratings than the first game. Good news that we got a decider this year, could end up being the highest rating game this year across both codes.

Nine
A special night for Nine with State of Origin Game 2 dominating the ratings.
The match had a combined metro/regional audience of 3,483,000. In metro markets there was 2,380,000 watching. That is up slightly on 2,348,000 watching game one 2017, but it is down on Game 2 last year which had a metro audience of 2,404,000.
Nine’s share was 38.3% across the metro network, with 51.7% in Sydney and 55.3% in Brisbane. Nine was also a clear leader in combined channel share with 45.0%.
Game did well again in S.A. and W.A. It won its timeslot in Adelaide and also increased its audience in Adelaide and Perth.
Found them. Geez Sydney needs to lift its game, double the population and only 190k more viewers for a game they were expected to win the series in? Pretty poor effort. Big numbers but down on game one and in comparison to last year.
national average audience of 3.547 million viewers, peaking at 4.166 million.
405,000 less viewers than game 1
10% down in metro numbers compared to game 2 last year.
997,000 viewers in Sydney,
805,000 in Brisbane,
387,000 in Melbourne,
104,000 in Perth
81,000 in Adelaide.

PerthRed is quoting from an article last year about game 2 2016Cant read the article as it is behind a paywall. Figures are different to below, which match the Media Week metro figures
http://tvtonight.com.au/2017/06/wednesday-21-june-2017.html
5 City Metro - 2,380,000
Sydney - 1,046,000
Melbourne - 330,000
Brisbane - 762,000
Adelaide - 102,000
Perth - 139,000
FTA numbers overall are going down quicker than a catholic girl on schoolies week..
Origin is massive but comparing it to 10 years ago, is a joke..
and 4m is no chance,,
