Braith is obviously NRL's golden boy these days. He's putting in a lot of hours.

My mrs is the best judge of league gibberers and she has given him a cautious thumbs up so far.

There are some (i.e Blocker or Corey Parker) where she will request that its muted or changed to Ch 9. I can't fault her on that.

I can't believe our club didn't factor in the knee injuries ffs. They probably didn't even know about them!

I feel like it was a desperation short term thing.
I always said our window shuts this season and then we must rebuild. The length of this rebuild depends on how we shape the squad.
If we where good we'd be a chance eagain by 2024/2025 at the latest.

With the long extensions on Jnr,RCG and Gutherson it could potentially be a disaster. By the time they are off our books we may be looking for a new halfback. I wouldn't be suprised if it ends up a 6yr rebuild tbh.
I still feel we had to cut ties with 1 of these 3. Or not hand out 4yr deals to all of then. 2-3yrs.

Might feel good now to have then on our team list but I'd you don't think these guys took advantage of our desperation after Mahoney,Papa,Marata,Kafusi all where walking you are crazy.
Nrl players can age very very fast. They can lose desire and hunger quickly. 4yrs contracts should generaly only be reserved for blokes under 26 and never for a prop over 28 no matter how good they are.
