Benny says how when Madge first became Tigers coach (2019 first year?) , that first preseason, he got Elias, Blocker, Sironen etc.. together for dinner and told them how he wants to bring the old boys together and build the club together with them. Why would the Tigers have Farrah anywhere near the rebuild of the club? The guy shouldn't be anywhere near them. Atleast for 10yrs after retiring. The whole end of his career was a bit messy and to many emotions involved. Clouds decisions.

I may be wrong but didnt the CEO Pascoe get suspended a few years back for 6 months because of the contract farah signed and something to do with not disclosing an agreement for post playing days.

And yep Farah is way too divisive to be running the water out barking instructions.
