And this illustrates just how short sighted the Sheens -> Benji succession plan is/was. If a veteran, experienced coach like Sheens can't get that rabble performing, is a bloke with Zero coaching pedigree and who was supposed to be using the next 2 years to learn his craft going to be able to step in 8 weeks in to his apprenticeship??

Sheens' ego has set that club back further than it needed to be....

That club is a mess and they cant seem to work out their own problems

They try all these different formats and it doesnt seem to work. If Sheens was to step back, who else is there in the coaching box besides Benji and Robbie, is there another assistant with FG experience ?

Some of the players try hard but others just look like they dont care. There doesnt seem to be many that go out there and want to play for that jersey, go out there week in week out and try their absolute guts out.

What helped them during the finals years ago was a good solid forward pack which included IMO their best buy, Gareth Ellis. Tough gritty forward who didnt put a foot wrong, led by example.
