I loved Tommy because he was an old school Mediterranean Descendant and a very proud Australian.
He called himself a "Mediterranean Descendant" to Benny Elias but this stupid site won't let me write that.You might need to check where Lithuania and Switzerland are on a map(although I’ve seen articles today say Ukrainian)... also not Mediterranean

I felt sorry for Johnny, you can tell he was trying his best but the words were a struggle.I understand the sentiment in getting Johnny Lewis on NRL 360 to tell a few Tommy anecdotes but that was a bit cringey watching that. Bloke struggles to string a sentence together, has done for years.
