Haha.

So it’s ok for a young poly kid to get trampled by a kid 2 or 3 years older than them.

But it’s not ok for a little Whitey to play against kids their own age.
Give it up.
You dont get it.
They dont get trampled by kids their own size 2 years older. Its not rocket science.

Maybe google warren ryans take on it.
Hes probably the smartest analyst on the game.

Unlike yourself who has no fphfarkin idea.

At 14 they could start hitting the weights and actually do the hard work. That would be a better approach than blaming the superior poly athletes for being too good.

Rugby League is hard. It’s never easy and won’t get easier when you become an adult. It just gets harder.

The hard factor is what makes it worthwhile. Parents don’t like to hear that though. They’d rather their kid be handed a prize for being mediocre.

There is no shame in not being up to it. Most people aren’t.

The way you are going on, it’s like you expect every single kid to be training and wanting to be an NRL player. This is simply not the case. Some kids have talent, some just want to play with their mates and this goes for any age group.

The players and supporters you want to hang on to are those that don’t have the elite talent and skills. That don’t have the physical attributes. Make the game accessible to all, which then causes them to encourage their kids and so on and so forth.

Do you really believe that a kid who gets belted by a big poly fella for a season is going to be a life long supporter of the game? Is he or she going to encourage their kids??

Junior sport isn’t about elite athletes it’s about participation and enjoyment. The ones who want to go to the gym and want to win everything will. They find a way because it’s in their nature and make up.

I got belted by big poly kids. I’m a lifelong fan of the game. Contact is hard. That’s the point of the game. If you don’t want contact play touch. Take the Benji route. Benji eventually had to make tackles though. He learned.

Women are not men, men are not women and 45kg white fellas aren’t front rowers.

There is absolutely no way in the world that a TV that size would have been in the home of a Logan City resident in 1990 - unless it was stolen.
Additional change to the advert that would get all punters frothing, pay bloody Arnie schwarzenegger some cash to come back as the terminator go back in time and blast a young Cameron Smith into oblivion - doing the rugby league community a massive favour and giving punters what they really want

If you want the sport to become niche in NSW and QLD with no one watching, that's the way to go I guess.

Tell us again how hard you are.

For those who missed it the first 6 times.

How many poly boys was it again?
How big were they again?
Did you have to pay?

Tell us again how it’s ok for the poly kid to get beaten up by older kids but whites need to be protected from those their own age.

I thought the age of entitlement was meant to be over.

It’s not so much the size that worries me it’s the concussion issue, what can a head knock do to a kids brain while it’s in development. I played, my old man played etc etc and if u asked me a few years ago if I had a boy would he play I’d be a 100% hell yea. But my boys now 3 and 6 inches taller than every 3 year old and built like a brick shit house and would kill it a league but do I really want him to play??? I’m not so sure these days. Not to mention the local club is struggling to field a team in any age division this year tells u other parents think the same.
