Did Napa film his without consent? did he share that video with others? And Napa's wasn't?

Rubbish, if another person did this charges would have been laid irrespective to who is in the video.
Allegedly he filmed the act without consent and shared it with his mates, which then led it to being shared with the wider public. He is not unlucky as some posters here have said, he showed a huge disrespect towards the girls involved and will deserve his punishment.

Because of the content, it is completely possible that a video of this nature could spread if content was interesting to enough people. Why would it be spread if it was just a nobody?
So did he film it without consent? Did he share it with others? Why was he fined $50k then?

Was it filmed on his phone? His phone wasn't stolen. So I ask you how did the videos get out?

A quick search and I have been able to find a couple of articles relating to charges being laid against people. So your defence for that is that he is being victimised because of who is allegedly in the video. Mate you are a grub for standing up for someone who did this just because they play for your club.A law was brought in. I assume because there was plenty of this stuff going on. Yet how many actually get charged with it? Doesn't show on crime stats so can't be too many.

Where did I say he was the only person to have done it? You keep on placing the blame for his charges on other people, saying it is only an issue due to the alleged identity of the girl involved in the video. That is a cop out mate. He deserves to be charged!Where am I standing up for him?
He was an idiot. But to think he is the only person to ever do it is just plain stupidity

And who's fault is that?Everyone that does it deserves to be charged as should May in this case.
The difference is if it is a plumber or any normal person. It doesn't go viral and get out hand like this did.
Maybe one of the other people that were present?
You couldn't see the face of the lady in Napa's video thus making it extremely difficult to identify her. Napa on the other hand was easily identifiable.
Can the same be said for the recent videos?
Here's what I don't get. Liam Coleman is charged with indecently assaulting a woman and the nrl don't lift a finger. Yet he finds himself in a sex tape and the panthers stand him down. If Greennerd is so serious about player behavior being charged, bringing the game into disrepute then why didn't they suspend Coleman like JDB Musgrove were Seems like punishment by amount of media outcry to me
Not what I said. I said it is an issue because it was an NRL player with a profile. If it were not a person with a profile it may have found its way onto a porn site, but it would not have received the widespread exposure it did, leading the females involved to complain.
It could not hurt in terms of both trying to break this stupid bad boys club NRL and rugby league player have and also it is a way of the clubs saying hey look how progressive we are with women and try to mend the bad image the game has with women.
The women the clubs should employ is the players mothers.
