I can't imagine many seasons where after 10 rounds, only five teams have had a positive points differential. 10 mud teams and 6 good teams (Manly is the sixth).

Was looking at that yesterday, some big numbers in the negatives too. Think we have taken 100 off ours the last 6 games, it was awful early

Robbo on 360 tonight, logical in assessment, grade 1 high shots = penalty and on report, grade 2 = 10 mins, grade 3 or above = send off.
Believes Burr should not have been sent off on Teddy tackle, penalty sufficient.
Worried about the tackling mechanics of going low and concussion, as most coming from players getting head in wrong position, not high shots.

That sounds good in theory, but then you need the match review committee there on the spot to determine the grading so still a massive grey area

No easy solution. You cant trust the clowns reffing the game to get it right and you cant trust the bunker either as they consist of ex clowns who were crap at their job when they were on the field.

The whole concussion thing is a worry for league, and sport, in general. I don't want to sound like Phil Gould with a reactionary 'doctors and lawyers won't let us play the game if they have their way' but when you read stories like 'junior soccer to consider banning the header'' you know something's up.
