Is the info I’ve just read correct, that Luki didn’t have the leave the field for an HIA ? How can somebody be sent off, but the guy hit high doesn’t need an assessment ? Doesn’t add up. Last week Saab got yanked from the park and nothing happened to Jennings
Thats happened multiple times this year

With so many hyphenated surnames shared amongst our Warriors I was reminded of how few there were back in the day (reading a NSWRL Player Lists book, published 1994).

Polla-Mounter was one I always remembered. I think two surnames was originally a posh thing. He went to a private school, which might make sense of his posh name. These days? Who knows why parents do it.

Edit: just on ABC Radio, it's a world record, the most hypenated names in a top-level rugby league game, ever. Warriors v Parra, our six and their one.

How the hell are the Cowboys in the 8? Yeah they are higher than the Warriors but damn they are dreadful defensive side. The finals wont be strong with them featuring in it lol
The finals are never strong outside the top 4 maybe 5… it’s the way the competition is designed

someone told me today that NAS isnt happy there anymore? Any truth to that?
Has been a rumour all year that he and Bellamy don’t see eye to eye, and they’ve been trying to offload him without much luck, NAS has said he wants to see out his contract

Soinds like Jap rugby may be on the cards

It looked like the Chooks would run up a bg lead but the Dolphins, unlike the Warriors, keep finding ways to the tryline.

18-all, half an hour gone. Game on in Perth.

20-all, halftime. The Roosters have plenty more to do and the Dolphins aren't going away.

But I'm pissed-off with the Warriors and am off to bed.

Sorry, this is just outright cheating from Gerald Sutton. The most blatant sinbinning of the year.
1min 44 seconds in the video below. The Dolphins did score soon after but they would have preferred Tedesco in the bin for 10min. And then classic Sutton. 70mins gone, Roosters up 14, and safe to bin a Roosters player as a square up on a marginal call.

As I've said recently, the NRL need to sort the officiating out or the fans will lose confidence in the product. What business wants that?

Carrigan on the ground holds Verrills, Walsh runs through that hole to make the break and eventually score, try Brisbane

I actually don’t mind the play on call, Dolphins get the advantage of a broken line and took it for points

Sutton was a dumpster fire for the rest of the game though

I hear you but i have to partially disagree. He had just said 6 again, then Telesco grabs the player and he says 6 again a second time. Not really an advantage and Telesco deliberately slowed the play down. (im forgetting the word the refs use for this behaviour)
The best result would be as you say play advantage to see if Dolphins score, then bin him anyway. Ive seen that done before this season. If no try, then a penalty in front of the sticks (which was where the professional foul was) and bin him. They get another opportunity and now its 13v12.

That’s probably what would have occurred, they seem to run a system of if the try is scored it negates the binning

Put a fork in Brisbane

A month into the comp, people were questioning if this Titans side was one of the worst of the NRL era. Now they are a sensational watch with the ball in hand
