12-6, Panthers. Halftime.

Two things, Cleary overtakes Gower as their highest-ever points score, with 1587. Second, Penrith had 14 players in the field at one stage. It was only for a few seconds, there'll be no points docked if they win, but they might receive a fine.

Edit: 20-12, Panthers. But Chooks were the last to score. Penrith fans will be tightening up somewhat...40-12 was how it ended. They've ended their five-game losing streak.

They should have had 12 on the field when Tedesco was taken out, Penrith very lucky and their season may have been teetering if that was called
Agree and so did Robinson in the press conference. The extra steps and leaning into Teddy a give away.
Hip drop on Butcher goes unpunished as well that he wasn't happy with. Bunker goes back for some teams not other?

Just caught up on the games after spending the afternoon at an NBL game that was amazing

Raiders back into the game after a Hudson Young forward pass was ignored then got soft penalty after soft penalty, bet Ricky won’t mention those though

Shit the Knights copped a carve up from the bunker, I’m normally fine with the obstruction calls when the runner is in front of the ball, the difference in this one was Hynes actually made the tackle on him, terrible call. That binning for the try saver was absolutely diabolical too, penalty I could cop but nowhere near warranting 10mins

Big Addin was better for the Sharks and that included a try. Cronulla should be expecting that sort of performance most, if not all, weeks.

However, just because he's good on the field doesn't mean he's necessarily good off it. We know that. Manly know that. The Sharks might know it as soon as this year.

They are, but tbh that’s what’s happening now, such a manipulative bullshit situation but that’s where things are now
It's so messy and a terrible look for the game honestly.

I get the soap opera of rugby league thing, but this whole fiasco is probably doing more damage then good to the game.

Someone from head office should be getting all parties into a room and sorting it out, rather than it drag on all year. And potentially the one after next.

Galvins management have issued a legal letter to the Tigers over the treatment of Galvin. Dogs
I don't see how this helps Galvin, it just puts a bigger target on his head. It's not for money, because he's getting plenty of that.

I know Isaac Moses is a f**kwit but surely the parents could be advising Galvin a bit better here

Ricky is the biggest hypocrite in the game. But it works for him.

The Shiller binning was outrageous, but the NRL do this every year. They paint themselves into a corner by going over the top with a particular ruling, and it bites them in the arse. They've now done it with the head contact one, off the back of Luai not being binned v us.

And the Hynes one was rubbish, too. He didn't stop in the line so much as Hynes had already tackled him.

Not even close to the worst decision of the week, which was the Reece Walsh try. You could physically see the ball going end over end forward off Arthurs' arm, but it went backwards according to Helen Keller in the Bunker.

I feel like you should get a carpark near the front of buildings if you are an NRL referee

Exactly , he “stopped in the line” as per Bunker ruling … but he only stopped because Hynes tackled him!
