NRLW season 2022

Would've been nice to hold on but there's plenty of positives to take out of that. Upton alone is enough to swing that result IMO.

Got the Dragons next week and barring a Titans miracle win over the Roosters we're locked into the 2v3 final vs the Dragons, so we'll play them twice in a row. Saw Upton getting around the ground with a noticeable limp today, doubt she'll be risked in a "pointless" game unless she's 110%.
Roosters had 3 out too - Sarah Togatuki/Shaniah Power /Jayme Fressard - should have been up more than 12-0 at oranges which irked the Roosters coach as he was far from happy with their performance.

The battle is for 4th with Broncos/Titans and Eels all in the mix

Titans play Roosters who will rest players- give 4 of the squad players a game who haven't played as yet
Broncos vs Eels

Broncos on 2 points - minus 21
Titans on 2 points - minus 34
Eels on 0 points - minus 32

Looks like Bobbi Law is at long odds to play....we missed her defensive reads in the game against the Roosters last week but if she's 50-50 I'd prefer to see her sit out this week and get right for the semi.

Also hope Griffiths moves Tayla Predebon back to the bench and brings her on as the impact player against tiring forwards - that is when she is at her devastating best for the Knights

Yep either her or Johnston needs to move back to he bench for impact

Starting 3 props last week exposed our middle badly for mobility

Moran stood down for the weekend. Shame because she showed more in 20 minutes at 5/8 than Dibb has this season.

and some still say all clubs are treated the same.

she gets a bigger penalty for a controversial social media post than blokes who break the law.

If she played for a glamour club she would have been asked to talk to juniors about her experiences, not fined 25% of her salary.

We should at very least make the GF. Good chance to win it all too.

We'll need a big game against them again next week.
Sometimes see teams bounce back with consecutive games.
I reckon we have it in us.
Finals all the way.

Very strong team. Only change I would maybe make is Weale starting over Romaniuk but it's much of a muchness and Weale has more versatility value off the bench I guess.

The brilliant minds at NRL HQ have scheduled both semi-finals (featuring us & 3 Sydney teams) in Brisbane as the curtain raisers for the PM's XIII, so expect 0 crowd or atmosphere. Newcastle, Parramatta or even Central Coast again would've all gotten decent crowds.
