Unlike some I do not bemoan this, he’s done a great job as a leader in NSW Cup but ultimately he’s an undersized fringe first grader who will be 29 next year.
If anything it’s a shame for him he didn’t crack it (or give it a crack) elsewhere sooner, he’s the sort of guy who could’ve had a prolific Super League career, for example.
