Whats with everyone picking Jason Ryles in their teams? He hasn't cut it as a top line front rower in 4 years.

I don't think the selectors will put Hayne at fullback when he has been NSW best player on the wing. Plus the Blues game plan might be a bit different from Parramatta's plan which is to let Jarryd drift around the field and do whatever he wants.

And if history is anything to go by Trent Barrett will suffer an ankle or heart injury and be out for 8 weeks around Origin.

Funny story, as a kid, a footy team a mate of mine was in had this really crappy player in it. Kids being kids, thought it would be best to be mean to him. Some tried to get this kid as captain just for him to fail and play crap, then the coach wouldnt play him any more. He didnt want to be captain for obvious reasons how ever.

Perhaps Kurt was stupid enough to take the gig ;-)
