We missed our chance tonight to build towards 2014 AND actually give ourselves our best chance at winning the series. So we're going to be stuck building from scratch yet again, or being stuck with duds who are not going to cut it.

Assuming these players are atleast in reasonable form. But between injuries and form there would probably be a few different names in place of some of these guys next year. Could be some young guys from this year who are in good form now, playing footy that absolutely demands selection next year. Or players in such terrible form they shouldn't be anywhere near first grade letalone Origin. Although that has never stopped Pearce being picked, so probably not going to matter.
