He can say what ever he likes about it, right now Papalii is to edge forwards what LoLo is to the middles. Both the class of their groups and it's daylight to 2nd place

If you actually believe that then there's no point trying to reason with you.

The last edge forward that played his position as good as LoLo plays his was SBW. Both are players who CONSISTENTLY prove to be match winners. Papalii is not even close.

James Roberts for centre? He has been one of the Broncos best this year and has gone over again.

That's funny.

Lolo is in a different league.

Also Paps won't even make Australia's starting team so that ends your argument right there.

Leilua isn't going to play rep footy at all. Doesn't mean he isn't far and away the best right centre in the game.
Mitchell Pearce is a better player than what ever half they pick for NSW.

So if you're going to discard arguments based on rep selection, then I'd say you're not really looking at this in the right way haha

If these guys are as awesome as we think they are, surely one of them can handle a switch.

Look at Papalii, used to play on the right edge for the Raiders, but moved to the left to make room for Whitehead and didn't miss a beat. Yet he'll probably be used as a battering ram through the middle in Origin. And I wouldn't be surprised if he's the best forward on the park.

Graham and Boyd can surely work it out.

But then again, Papa is the best second rower in the game. The other two are vying for second second rower.
Gillett is in there as well

Brace yourself for the logical acrobatics Daley is going to pull.

Pearce to be selected over Reynolds and Moylan on form.

Farah to be selected in spite of his form because he is the incumbent.

Brett Kenny calls for starting halves of Adam Reynolds and James Maloney. It's what I would do if I was a NSW selector. I also think the Roosters form is getting overstated they have not played some of the toughest teams in the comp with the exception of the Broncos which they got creamed and Mitchell Pierce is getting the glean for their good run. Pierce maybe a good club man, but he hasn't proven he has what it takes to get to the next level of origin similar to Daly Cherry-Evans for Queensland.

Also NSW want to develop a long term halve and they hardly are doing that by dumping Reynolds for a part-timer (at this point in time) in Matty Moylan. Their given enough loyalty to Pierce, they haven't to Reynolds who has only played two games of origin and didn't fare too badly last year.

"KENNY’S CHOICE
IF Eels living legend Brett Kenny was a NSW selector, he’d have Adam Reynolds and James Maloney as the halves for Origin I — but Nathan Cleary deserved to be part of the conversation.

“If he’s not the halfback this year, he’ll be the halfback next year,’’ Kenny said of the 19-year-old Penrith playmaker."

NSW lost both games he played in without making an imprfession. Moylan made an impression at 6 in a winning effort but appears to be out of form and trying too hard, Pearce has shown time and time again he isn't up to Origin standard. I'm glad it's not my decision.

Yeah I know they lost both games with Adam Reynolds, don't think it was Reynolds was why they lost. NSW also won the series a couple years ago with Trent Hodkinson and Josh Reynolds I don't hear anyone calling for them to return.

Your'e right Moylan is out of form at the moment.

Hodko was given the credit for the '14 win with his huge dummy to score in the second game, and played in '15 with Pearce at 6. He didn't do much else either year though. Gallen might as well have worn the 7.

I still think Daley might stick with the halves that won the last game.
