Fifita declared his allegiance to Tonga and only recently started talking about being available for NSW again. I would only pick players who’s heart is definitely in it 100%

I was just thinking this. The last two years with minimal reps Penriths season hasn't really kicked off until around origin, its been a little bonus period for us. This year we will feel it.

I don’t get the whole fascination with wanting half your side out for origin anyway. Sure it’s great for experience but when you go through the origin period without your best players staring st the barrel of 3 consecutive losses...yeah nah

Trbo's shown just how amazing a player he can be but I'm not sure why you'd pick an out of form Fullback who's still learning about positional play on the wing when you've got a stone cold finisher available. It's the same shit NSW has pulled picking a million out of position fullbacks in Origin sides all over again.

As a Manly fan I hope his game kicks on like Jake's did last year but as a NSW fan it's a bit of a head scratcher. Good thing QLD has only one useful half this year so hopefully he won't be too badly exposed out there.
