As of yesterday 2 of the bbq dozen had refused - on legal advice - to sign the sworn statements. It was the same staement for all.
The others, including the most upstanding such as de belin, norman, 3 strikes vaughan, bird and dufty had no issues with it. It says there was nobody else at the party
One might wonder the 2 who refused - lomax and avilo - know the statemnts arent exactly right and dont wish to have it come back and bite them. Those 2 dudes are in a very uncomfortable position.
