Having being told who the player was today (it's plastered all over Twitter too)...i can't see it impacting the club to much...sure it's a former well known player from the club, but he is not apart of the club anymore. No different to the Jarred Mullen situation at the knights...

Why oh why would a well known sports player even drabble in drugs is beyond me.....like people talk it was always going to get out.

I reckon most players in Sydney probably enjoy the odd nosebeer. I’ve heard a few stories through work, a lot of my work mates are well connected in footy circles. Cocaine and amateur porn seem to be the recreational activities of choice these days....

Possession for supply of meth is a bit different than hooking the boys up with a line of coke though. Think it’s 14 yrs to life worst case scenario.

Life in prison is only 10 years in NZ... Well starts there anyway. This is crazy stuff, I think we all know who it is if you have been reading the internet the last couple weeks. It's almost unthinkable someone can go down that path after clearer earning great money for many years now.

People will blame others for him being led down a path, but at the end of the day they are 30-40 year old man who decided to head that way.

Former Dragons premiership winner Jamie Soward is tipping another sorry year for the Warriors, and has questioned the overall direction of the club.

Speaking on The NRL Podcast, Soward said he sees the Warriors "getting worse" in 2020 after missing the top eight last season.

He also called for positional changes in the halves, citing young-gun Chanel Harris-Tavita as the long term answer.

"I think Kodi Nikorima can be like Connor Watson (for the Knights), he can come off the bench with that speed around the ruck and play anywhere," Soward said.

"Harris-Tavita has to be there. He went through a tough year last season and did a great job steering them around when Blake Green was out hurt.

"Overall I think they get worse. They just haven't got much depth."

The former NSW Blues five-eighth also called for changes to be made up front, adding he felt it was time for some of the experienced heads to step aside and give the club's youth a chance to shine.

He also tipped Karl Lawton to win the three man race for the vacant number nine jersey, following Issac Luke's departure.

"They have to do something, I think they have to bring some young guys in," he said.

"Leivaha Pulu should start in the back row, with Isaiah Papali'i and Jazz Tevaga.

"Adam Blair is a guy who can come off the bench and do a really good job for them. Bring that spark, maybe an offload and create some second phase through him.

"At the moment I'm leaning towards them in the bottom four somewhere, which is sad.

"To have Maumalo, Fusitu'a and Roger Tuivasa-Sheck starting your sets, and then to not score points, they have been really disappointing."

In the club's recent mini series All In, Warriors chief executive Cameron George said he felt "everyone" was against the Warriors this upcoming season, in an expletive-laden team address.

Poor Soward is showing the results of too many head knocks.
Pulu, Papali'i and Tevaga would be the worst back three in the NRL by some way.
Yawn dropped ball and penalties.

Early 2018 Pulu would be in my back 3 with Harris and one other.

Soward's a f**king idiot.

Seems like he totally forgot our 2nd best player, Tohu Harris. Last year he was claiming that CHT had the 6 spot to start the season... obviously Keighran ended up winning it.

And while I liked Lawton last year, if Roache stays fit it's his spot, no question. He's a significantly better 9 than anyone else at the club.

Pulu/Harris should be our edge forwards. Lock? Who bloody knows.

The fact that he forgot Harris shows just how much thought he actually gave to the team.

Tevaga is likely to miss the start of the season through recovery from an ankle injury. Papalii and Blair to share lock duties for mine, only due to the fact that there is little chance that they won’t be there, and I’d rather they aren’t anywhere near edge forward.

TBH unless Papali'i is playing better than last year I would prefer to give someone else a chance.

Id prefer to never see Papalii play in a Warriors jersey again.

How did this guy even get an NRL contract?
