JJ Arrington to Denver, Sounds like a good move to me, Watched him a few times this year and he is underated, Should get more carries with the Broncos.

Kurt Warner was talking with the 49ers today.
Arrington to Denver is a report only not confirmed yet

DE Chris Canty has signed with the NY Giants.

Canty has played with the Cowboys for the past 4 years. Probably has not lived up to his potential. Should be a good signing for the Giants. Not sure where they will play him though. He is a DE in the Cowboys 3-4 defense. Not sure that translate out well to playing DE in a 4-3 defense. At 6-7 and over 300lbs could end up at DT.

I like Canty and wish him well with the Giants.

The Skins were looking at Canty, but they got even better with Haynesworth (if he plays like he did this season) so I would say the G-men wll play him at DT like we would have.

I guess Canty wanted to stay in the best division :p

As a DT the Redskins did get the better player.

But it will be interesting to see how Canty pans out as a DT for the Giants. He was taken in the 4th round by Dallas. Except for suffering a couple of injuries before the draft he would have went higher, possibly even the 1st round.

He has potential (there is that dirty word again) and if he lives up to it the Giants will have a very good player.

Refused to attend team activities to stay in Florida. Now that we have splashed on Haynesworth, I guess this was as good a reason as any not to pay him.

I wonder where he will end up now? If he wants to be in Florida maybe Tampa is a good fit.

Watch the Pats make a play for him.

They have shown a bit of interest.

Not a lot, but who knows now after missing out on Housh..

I reckon Wilf will be pissed he missed out on Housh and go hard for Cutler, heck give the Broncos Tavaris Jackson in return :D

rams are having a good start to the offseason.

sign the best interior lineman available and resign bartell, a future shutdown corner.

all moves by other teams point to the rams taking curry with their 1st pick.

things are looking up for the rams.

oh wait, they still have bulger as their qb.

hopefully the spagman turns the rams into a running team so bulger's main task is to handoff to jackson.

Great seeing the Rams and KC for that matter be proactive, unlike our imbecile organization feeding off the scrapes, your full of sh*t Ralph.

meanwhile in san diego

AJ smith looks from afar. "Free agency?"

as for whats going on. i cant believe the eagles didnt have a bigger go for TJ. they need a big time reciever and not only that they lost Brian Dawkins.

Chiefs and Rams doing well.

I was thinking they would have to take an OT (Munroe/Smith) with the first pick, draft/sign and MLB and move Witherspoon back to OLB which is his more natural position.

TO released...

WOW.

Al Davis is somewhere with a massive boner.

A surprise but not a surprise.

I thought the longer no announcement was made the more likely he would stay a Cowboy. But there has been a lot of talk since the season ended that he would eother be released or traded.

It will be interesting to see who picks him up. A lot of reports are saying he would want to go to a team with a good qb and one with good playoff chances. If that is the case that leaves a lot of teams out, including the Raiders.

But at his age I don't see him being able to pick and choose which team he plays with.
