Wow...either way I'm gonna be pissed off if a) you're right and he goes or b) you're wrong and he stays :p

The guy hasn't had a full chance to show his wares in FG let alone with a decent team around him (think 2005 as well as this year). So given that Perry has gone surely it brings Snowy closer to the top of the queue of props for next season...

i also heard melbournes name thrown around in another thread.

it will definitely be a shame to lose snowy.. but it doesn't look like he's part of the long term game plan.

thus far i'm a staunch smith supporter, and i'm not going to jump off the bandwagon because he's made one questionable decision. sometimes you have to take a bit of bad with the good.

I might have the rose coloured glasses in place, but I actually think we are looking OK in the front row or next year...

STARTING - Cross, Buderus, Sargent

BENCH - Wicks / Natusch, Hilder, Tolar

PREMIER LEAGUE (or equivalent) - Wicks / Natusch, Seu Seu, Laban / White

There's 7 props and 3 hookers, all vying for 5 or at most 6 positions in first grade. And I think by the end of next year guys like Joel Edwards and Warren Schillings could be knocking on the door too.

I know Jeans has been a very slow improver - but he was a beast in the last game i saw - he was back to how he looked in Ball a few years ago - he just seems to meet a charging player or a defender without any fuss - and bang - they react like they have run into a pile of bricks. Very much like Simmo - doesn't look spectacular, but you know guys really don't enjoy running at him.

Terrible news.

It is sad to know that he has dropped 2kg, has his fastest sprint times in five years and is almost back to 100%.

Josh will walk out of here in the best shape in recent years.

Thankgod, his had years to prove himself. Never looked like improving even under a year of Smith. Best news in ages.

Good calling... ;-)

If you bothered to read my previous posts you would have noticed that i said Snowy was already gone, I was only re-iterating what i had previously said ................My sources advised me a few days earlier that we had no hope of keeping him,
