Given that the comp works on a points system dependent on the amount of NRL games you play I dare say if he did play he could potentially be running on the field on his own...

The club probably won't make a decision on him till late in the year when they know how much they can spend on the 2nd tier cap, however I have doubts whether we'll take the kid on again as he hadn't applied himself very well to full time training, and was one of few players sent to train for wenty before the start if the year...

Sticky appears to have a low tollarence of players with crap attitudes..

Not sure how I feel about that Stagger. Id like to think that when you get a kid with talent and speed such as Jerome has then a coach would have the "man management" skills to get his mind in the right place and utilise those skills. Hopefully Jerome dosent align himself with a coach who thinks he is worth the effort. Time will tell I guess.

A coach can only do so much. Sooner or later the players have to take responsibility.
If a kid refuses to work on the things that the coach asks him to work on sack him I say.

Wayne Bennett said it starts and finishes with the player. He said he met loads of talented young blokes that no coach could help because of the player's attitude.

Thanks to Rusty, Sandow is one of the few players whose price tag is public knowledge.

It sounds like a lot because us slobs compare it to how much we earn. But compared to the top playmakers in the game it is peanuts.

He is on par with Robson, Walsh and Wallace.

I reckon the majority of NRL fans would not rate Sandow higher than Robson, Wallace and Walsh. I include Ricky Stuart in the majority.

I'm not enamoured with little Arnold but put him behind a decent pack with a good halves partner and he can perform well for us next year.
