Stagger said a week or two ago we released him from his NYC contract because we were struggling with the cap or something.

Holden Cup salary cup issues forced the club to promote a number of kids to the RM Cup/NSW Cup squads.

Tui was one of about four kids involved.

He didn't look real good to me last year. He's tall with a big motor, but lacks aggression, skill and any sort of explosive impact. Although I believe he was cut for salary cap reasons.
