Wiliame goes though a gap off a nice short ball and looks set to score before getting clipped high by the North Sydney fullback.

Ref blows his whistle for the highshot.

Wenty spread it off the tap but waste another chance as the ball trickles into touch on their right side.

Wenty are starting to poke their heads through the middle of the ruck. Mullaney, looking to take advantage of this pushes up through the ruck looking for an inside ball but it gets intercepted by the Bears.

The Bears then work it down our left edge, finding space 20m from our line. the Bears players takes on Mullaney down the touch line and proves to be the victor, touching down in Wenty's right corner.

Walker is left with a tough kick from out wide and he hits the right upright and it is waved away.

North Sydney finally halt Wenty's momentum, taking their lead to 34-18

Luke Keary catches the line napping as he throws a dummy to the right. He darts through and brushes past Mullaney, who is all arms and no shoulders, to score a very, very simple try under the black dot.

Walker has an easier time with this one, making no mistakes to add the two points.

The Bears now have a commanding 22 point lead with scoreboard reading 40-18

#22 loses the ball as he tries to plant it down in traffic, a pity as it would have been a good reward for a strong run.

None-the-less, another mistake by Wenty puts the Bears back in possession.

Oh dear.

North Sydney run a grubber through now, their chase is solid but Radradra looks to have it covered. He can't hold onto it as he dives onto it and it bounces up perfectly for a North Sydney chaser who walks it in.

Dyan Walker is given another simple conversion. He nails it.

The horse (Bear?) has well and truly bolted here.

Bears lead 46-18

It is Wentys turn to knock on off the short kickoff now.

Bears scrum with 2m to play.

Can they pile on more misery for Wenty?

This time the answer looks to be no as North Sydney are penalised for playing the ball off the ground.

Wenty will have one last roll of the dice to marginally improve F/A

They fail to do so as the siren rings out.

North Sydney prove to be too strong for Wenty

Thanks Forty20 for the updates.
It's a shame about the scoreline. It doesnt sound like MK's spot is under threat anytime soon.
