So anyone looking possible for a push through to first grade? The centres sounded like they were playing well as did O'Hanlon despite the score line.
Those three were good in a losing team. Wiliame and Pewairanghi both had some quality touches with limited opportunities. POH was solid up the middle with some strong carries and a line break/try assist.
Beyond that, Terepo had some nice carries including a 50-60m effort that nearly netted him a meat pie. Ken Edwards was a constant danger down our left edge in the first half, he showed some nice ball playing skills as well by putting Semi into space on at least one occasion.
In terms of any of them pushing for first grade, you could make a case for POH/Edwards to replace B.Smith/Paulo.
It will be interesting to see who deputises for Hayne if he is picked for NSW in a few weeks. IMO Mullaney's form wouldn't be inspiring much confidence in him for the task. Perhaps Sio can push back for the one game and Blair can come back in to first grade on the wing.
