Good point we hear nothing about recruitment for next year, most other clubs are moving forward we are going backwards

Unity are counting the dollars they are going to rort from the development especially after we lose our NRL license next year.

Bringing Flanno back and then resigning him for two more years has really laid a solid foundation for the club to succeed hasn't it.

Useless hacks have put our backs to the wall by making Sharpe unsackable as no one would want to step in.

Players don't give a f**k.

Yes, I think the treatment of Irvine has been disgraceful *. But so what, it's not an issue for the club at the moment. There are far bigger problems that need to be addressed.


* do you know what Irvines boards first matter of business was? To offer the heavily vanquished Barry Pierce life membership. Now it is roundly accepted that had Pierce retained control of the club for 12 more months the joint wouldn't be here. But they did the classy thing and recognised his efforts and achievements. They didn't run him out of town with a hateful smear campaign. That's my one and only gripe with the current board. As much as I don't like it I can live with it and move on.

Should Pierces crew not been given life membership?

From what u were writing the place was going to go bust so why did Damian reward him with life membership if he was rorting?

I'm confused. Surely the perks were enough at the time.

If the club does fold, sale of property should benefit members, so it wouldn't be a complete loss.
