I was wondering what you guys think about the situation that only four teams can win the competition and they are Storms, Roosters, Rabbitohs, AND THE MIGHT SEA EAGLES..

Isn't the salary cap supposed to make things equal? How come there's such a large golf between these two teams and the rest of the competition?

Wests Tigers appear to be conserving energy and I would expect them to come home strongly and possibly win another game.

The same Sea Eagles that got completely pwned by the Roosters and Souffs at home this season and also got smashed 40-12 in the finals last season?

LOL how do Manwhee keep getting a mention as the big 4,they have no hope.

It's the same thing every season.

Even moreso now because winning a title outside the top 4 will be very difficult.

I expect a side like the Raiders or Cowboys to make a late surge. Someone always does. Maybe even the Sharks. But with the new finals system i dont see them being capable of going all the way.

The winner will come from Souths, Storm or Roosters.

I dunno if the OP has noticed, but the Broncos and Newcastle are crawling up the top 4's arses. Wallace could get an early release to go to Penrith, and if we can find a suitable replacement, we could be a big dark horse (pun intended).

Yes, and it has - neither Souths nor Easts made the finals 2 years ago. And one of the grand finalists from 2 years ago is now on track to finish last.

The system is working.

A+ for level of delusion. Donkeys won't come close.

I disagree.

Can anyone honestly count out a star studded team like Parramatta? They've got the Hayne train who has been in his best form since 2009. Players like Sandow and Reni are coming along nicely.

Lets not forget the Dogs of War. They have beaten teams like Parra, Warriors, Tigers, and Sharks. The 2012 Grand Finalists are surely going to give it a big shake.

Manly and Melbourne are in form slumps, their dominance is over. Souths will never go all the way. Roosters are 2nd place specialists.
