I admit that I don't watch a whole lot of T20 cricket but is there a reason why bowlers (our bowlers in particular) never bowl full at the death? There seems to be an obsession with half tracker slower ball.

The fuller slower ball when bowled perfectly like Malinga does is very effective in not allowing batsmen to get under the ball to hit it down the ground or use the pace of the ball to glide it down fine. The slower bouncer is more of a surprise tactic.

Unfortunately Australia doesn't have a very good collection of 2020 bowlers. Australia also didn't play a spinner tonight which is unusual as they are very effective.
