You suggested they wouldn't front up because 'they would be abused' by the hosts of the radio show.

What a load of shit.

Both need to be chased by as many media outlets as possible until they front up and answer questions about that staged press conference and their role in it.

The fact they keep dodging requests is enough to further damage their names and reinforce that their press conferece that inferred all athletes were either doped up or fixing matches was a political stunt gone wrong.

They both love granstanding so it should appeal to them to be in the spotlight and heard by their adoring public again and again.

In what pea brain mind would this fantasy play out?

Nobody would in the same scenario. I'm not saying they shouldn't just there isn't any reason they would.

Also if infractions do get issued, some time in 2017 at this rate, guess what? They look good.

Do you want that?

Look good?????

I dont care if infraction notices are handed out. Jobe Watson admitted to taking banned substances on live tv and should have already be banned from playing.

Clare and Lundy fronted a press conference that insinuated all Aussie athletes were doped up or match fixing. Their words and threats were beamed around the world. Infraction notices for players from Essendon and Cronulla arent going to reflect the diatribe those two spat out that day.

Clearly not in your mind.

I'm certain in will in theirs though, so you see the issue?

Sorry mate but your off your tree if you think they are going to front up to some tinpot radio interview, just to satisfy some ratings agenda.

Ratings agenda????

What are you on about??? A sports radio program wanting to talk about sports issues is normal practice.

Clare and Lundy chose to deck out their stage with the heads of the big codes and use the media for their political ratings so its not a big ask to converse about that day and give their thoughts about it.

You were concerned they'd be abused by the hosts weren't you??? Surely their skin is thick enough to cope with a discussion about the drug and match fixing problems they told us were entrenched in Aussie sport.

Our athletes have had to cope with the inuendo created by their initial press conference.

Don't worry too much about them Canary.

I don't think Canard gives a f**k what happens to them if they did front for an interview.

The point is they won't because it's no longer their responsibility.

We all think they should but they don't HAVE to, which is their get out.

You seem to think I'm concerned about there welfare, or care about what might be said to them. Im not.

Im trying to make you realise they will never do what the radio show are proposing as there would be no completing reason to do so.

Always bet on self interest.

I'm not an expert on tinpot radio stations. But knowing they have ads they certainly have commercial sensibilties.

Surely you don't believe that they would participate in such an interview though?

Of course he should, he made a ridiculous statement to smother issues with his party. He and Lundy are complicit in bringing the players and game into disrepute

But he is a Labour politician, and they say " whatever it takes" , bunch of merkins

Maybe shut up if you don't even know how to spell the name of the party you are bagging?

Jason Claire is still very busy preparing the evidence that proves that matches were fixed. And that organised crime is involved.

It is very important work. No way would he have told every Australian that they were watching drug tainted, match fixing criminals on their sporting fields each week if it wasn't true.

We need to know which matches were fixed and which criminals were involved.

Never said he did give a f**k. He did however express concern that Clare and Lundy would be "abused" by the Talkin Sport hosts. That, frankly, is simply lollypop and pea brain BS from Canary.

They were both major players in the press conference that day and were responsible for a lot of the showboating. Their "responsibilities" may have changed since then but they can never pretend they were not involved in tarnishing all Aussie athletes that day.

They might not talk to a sports program such as the one on 2SM or "tinpot" stations as some refer to them but I hope they are chased continually to give their thoughts about that day and the statements they made. Every time they refuse/decline/are to busy/ not in that portfolio anymore simply rams home the legacy they have built for themselves.

They are saving this up for their book.

Might only be a brochure, or an article......
