I feel the sharks have given their "hand" away here..

What if some big international sports bodies like FINA, IAAF lobby WADA and place massive pressure on them to appeal ASADA...

A lot of swimmers and athletes are pretty pissed off, just check twitter...

WADA can appeal this, and then say "well you guys already admitted guilt"

unknowingly taking a banned substance wasn't it ?

Its not really an admission of guilt then is it ?

The whole thing is a bit on the nose for mine. That and the fact that there was no evidence is hardly comparable to the athletes who test positive.

It's an admission they weren't diligent enough, but not an admission they are cheats. You need to know what you're doing to cheat.

Melbourne got busted too.

They collected a few premierships. Busted has nothing to do with it. That cheat money was the best money that was spent in Melbourne. QLD benefited from it for years as well as a side effect.

If you are going to cheat then at least win when you do it.
