Can’t agree on latrell. I reckon QLD would be much more relieved having to come up against Crichton. Love him or hate him, and trust me I can’t stand the shit they go on with about him at times, Latrell is an imposing figure and an asset to the side.

I don’t think Burton is a big game player, dare I say ’deer in the headlights’. Also I’m worried about how Nicho will go. He has proven his worth as a team player who is on for 80min, reads the game for the 80min

The rhetoric coming out of Blues camp is that Nicho will come on at 9…. Could just be a smokescreen, but if they do go that way, what a waste when they could have just gone Cook/Api. As much as I love Nicho, he’s not a 9, and certainly not better at 9 than Cook or Api. If they wanted a 9 rotation, pick 2 9’s, don’t waste Nicho there.
Reckon Freddie has lost his bottle, can’t make the tough calls - too close to incumbents, and too close to the media to leave someone like Nicho out.
