No-one else is better to be honest and Billy Slater is injured. Folau is AT LEAST 12months too young for SOO.

IMO the biggest weakness for qld is 2. 3. & 4.

Tate - well nothing needs to be said, Bell - He has been in average form, as has hodges. Why has hodges been used as a dummy 1/2 runner that shuffles around a bit the takes the tackle. he has been playing well below par. If nsw forwards can at least hold qld's this will be very veyr close.

Uncle johnsy's prediction NSW 20 QLD 16 (golden point try)

Instead of saying "bullshyte", name a winger for QLD apart from Tate.
Israel could have been chosen, but until QLD lose and lose well, they wont change the team.
In 1996 NSW managed to go thru the 3 games with the same 17. Never has happened before, prob wont happen again. Sure, they could have made changes, but why make changes to a winning team just because you "think" that instead of winning by 10, they can win by 16.
Tate is no Eric Grothe Snr, or Kerry Boustead, or even Wendell Sailor, but he is not an out and out park footballer.

If nsw were smart and had a good kicking game pepper tate with high balls behind him, he really struggles when jumping backwards. He does have the height to get much momentum in the air. Turn him around he is as slow of the mark when turning. Got a good feeling about this one saab.

Yeah it was just a vent,I would like Falou to be there and I have no doubt he will be next year.

Crap side, Can't believe O'meley couldn't get a start. Kite was clearly shown up in game 1, cant believe he got another game. Lyon FFS, what a joke. Good one Bozo  only positive no Toupou.

Orfod's goalkicking has been awful this year! And he chokes in big games!

Orford's never been given a start at origin we'll never know wether he chokes or not, one things certain though, kimorely has literally passed an origin game away. As for his kicking hes barely had a shot this year because Lyon is presumably a better kicker, however hes not that good a kicker that he should be playing origin due to it. Not that I'm complaining should make a clean sweep that much easier.

The 2. 3. & 4. for QLD saab.

Games are not exactly decided by the 2-3-4.
When Noddy gets into the QLD 20 and puts a short kick thru....they will just watch it sail over the dead ball line.
Games are won based on #s 1-6-7-9

I agree with you about 2,but 3&4?
You've only got one decent centre as well,so I wouldn't be so sure.

I think Kimmorley will be up for a big game... while I am not a big fan of his, he's a much better player than he's getting credit for and will provide direction and a kicking game that Mullen couldn't... he's won a premiership and tests in very difficult circumstances, I'm not saying he's better than Thurston, but he's achieved more and certainly at this stage is a better option than Mullen...

Quite surprised that Gallen missed out - and I hate the Sharks

I must admit that Jamie Lyon is the most consistent centre in the competition ...consistently missing in action. Dean Collis, Luke Lewis, Ben Smith all bringing a lot more to the team, but without Lyon, Kimmorley would be kicking goals ...

Unless your still wrapped around 2002 i dont see how hodges is a weakness

And Steve Bell. You can atleast count on him to have a solid game, if nothing else. If NSW win the game it sure as hell wont be off the back of QLD 2,3 & 4 you can bet on that.
