Steve Bell? The same pharkwit who dropped the ball over the line? Tate... well, less said about him the better... his brain explosion on halftime cost QLD the lead. Inglis/Hunt/Hodges are propping those two up much like King/Mini/Hayne are propping Lyon and Cooper up.

Tates "Brain explosion"?
Its not like he chip kicked straight into the arms of Hayne is it?
It pin balled around Haynes legs and stayed in field instead of going into touch. Hayne took adv and scored a great try.

And it didnt "cost QLD the lead" NSW had the lead at that stage. What it did was make it a 12 point lead, but we all know what happened in the next 25 mins

What Hayne did in the second half was a brain explosion. What Tate did was trying to conjure something on the stroke of halftime, it was very lucky that Hayne wound up with the ball in the position he did and great work on Hayne's part to get the try. It was hardly a "brain explosion".

Tate's move on halftime was akin to Paul Carige's idiot play in the Parra/Dogs semi in 98. Why would you even attempt a kick ahead?

Cariage and Tate incident are chalk and cheese.
Comparing them are laughable, but then thats what you are on LU

Tonight I'm putting 50 quid on Brett Kimmorley to get Man of the Match.

Also $10 on both Ryan and Hindmarsh for MOTM as well.

Goose Gould has already discarded Mason as any chance by saying he'd be better served as 2nd rower.
Mason will get injured early, you watch.

I can see Inglis knocking on more than once.

And I can see QLD panicing at stages and will be over-awed. (overall) (overowed)

I done all my money on the recent fight so I'm a bit short to cover my bets tonight.

QLD are going to beat themselves. Pressure will build and they'll be lucky to score any more than 10 points.

Brett Kimmorley to win man of the match easy. I can hear Matty Johns now....Brett........remember last time? You threw that terrible pass......a year later and look at you, man of the match.
There's sentimental value here, people.

Cowgirl.......I done over $400 the other day on the world title fight. I was hoping Zab Judah would have KO'd thing-O.
With the winning money I was gonna venture up to my old home town to see my deceased relo's.
So, tonight.....Brett Kimmorley to win man of the match at 8-1 gets me out.

But I think it's going to be a forwards game so you can't rule out Hindy and Ryan.
I think Andrew Ryan doesn't get the credit for the work he does. His stuff normally reads 34 tackles and 170 to 200+ meters gained with every game.

As for Mason....he's gonna injure himself hitting it up full speed and won't last for 10 minutes. Just look at Brett White in SOO 1. He didn't play a relaxed game. Got sucked into the argy bargy and was placed on his arse for it.
The front rowers burn to much energy in the first few minutes.

I've completely ruled out Anasta as any chance because.......well, he's dreadful. Guy can't play footy.

Can you imagine all the eyes on Kimmorley tonight? Your 7 is central to every play/set so he's the key dominating factor and every touch will be monitored and he will capitalise for what he done with, that, well, you know? The pass?
I'm willing to forgive.
If I had more I'd place more on Kimmorley. Bet when I get down to the TAB inner minute he's come into 6's.
As soon as word gets out I'VE tipped him the money will come.

You know.....in this section of the bulletin board there's not really much on the SOO.
Is this the official section? Because I want EVERYONE to know how smart I am!
P.S.

Bedsy will be replaced within the first 20 minutes making way for Greg Byrd/Bird. There goes Buderus for Man of the Match.

There's one thing I forgot to mention....It took QLD till the 2nd half to figure out how to get around The Blues in game one.
If you employ that same tactic tonight there's a huge shock awaiting you guys. Won't work a 2nd time. What will you fall back on then?
We'll have woken up to that and fix it up this time.

NSW 28 QLD 8

Why not NSW 34 QLD 8? We'll skip away with a rather large lead with ten to go. May blow out.

I reckon NSW to win... if they do then MoM almost certainly has to be Buderus or Kimmorley - with Mason as the dark horse

IF that idiot Murray wakes up to himself... I sound a bit like Phil Gould, unfortunately, but to mem three things need to happen.

1. He needs to forget that Thurston is his weekend guy, and they need to give him the mother of all workings over
2. Buderus needs to play 80 mins
3. Hindmarsh (not f**king Ryan) needs to play 80 mins

I agree on all point's, They have to make it tough for Thurston. In game 1 he could have played in a dinner suit. And Hindmarsh and Bedsy must get more game time, Is it any coincidence that the last 4 orgin games both those players we're off was when QLD came back into the match.

It's going to be close and i reckon it will be qld leading by 8 pts with 10 to go, then in the last few minutes they will get over to win the game by 12-14 pts, looking at a score line close to if not 24-10 i reckon.
