Hard to find a good NSW player tonight. Maloney always does well, I like that player. Frizell was good for about 5 min and he was nowhere to be seen the rest of the game. As Maloney said, the state of NSW deserved so much better than that. In the words of Paul McGregor, "it's not good enough".

Woods just went missing and got lazy as if he was still playing for JT. That was always going to be Morris' last game. Fifita bought into his own hype too soon without finishing the job. Agreed, new coach, new team. Just have to let some football be played now, and as you say, pick the form players.

It's geniused how players can't play for their team a week before origin. There shouldn't be any games on the weekend before origin. And all club games should be played on Sunday the week after origin. This sport is run by dumb merkins

Out: Daley,Pearce,Woods,Hayne,Morris,
Ferguson. Graham was idiotic again with giving away stripping pens once again when they have them pinned and duges only brilliance was the try and thats it.

Here's where it all went wrong-

- Woods was hitting the line like an absolute cat. The way he jogs to the line and turns his back is f**king shameful. He'll argue that he's looking for an offload, I didn't see him offload the ball once.
- Pearce was costly, especially when he rushed Munster when nothing was on for QLD and allowed him to hit a hole that didn't exist before that. Every kick hit one of their back 3 on the chest.
- Nobody was putting any pressure on the QLD danger men. Smith, Cronk, Slater and Munster had SO much time, no pressure on the kickers, no line-speed.
- Completion rate was woeful for an Origin game. You can't expect to win if you're completing at 65%. Maloney was right at the end of the game, that's reserve grade shit.
- There was no fight, too many players walking, heads down, no belief.
- Fifita was well contained and his lack of fitness always gets found out at this level.
- Not once did they target the out of position Morgan. They ran Frizell and Dugan down that side a couple of times and both times they almost went through if it was for mistakes. Holmes isn't exactly known for his defence either. They just kept passing it to the show pony Hayne who had absolutely no impact.

NSW problem IMO is it still holds onto the bash and barge mentality and playing so called "origin" players because they are believed to be tough.
QLD on the other hand play form players and use an expansive game that entrusts all its players.

NSW will never win a series again just playing what they think are tough players only.

NSW is more "in club" than the Dragons.
People involved who wouldn't get a gig anywhere else.
Absolute lack of passion and determination but not surprising considering the coach and the squad we picked.
To be brutally honest NSW got the result they truly deserved.

NSW needs an experienced NRL coach & selector plus a highly experienced head honcho to run the NSWRL and its direction.
McGreggor, Millward and Doust would be an ideal package deal so we can get rid of them and I would never have to bother watching this ongoing Origin disappointment ever again. It's more than a mess already!!
