How bad is Purdys injury

It’s not bad. Apparently just a ‘stinger’ like the one he got in the game against Arizona. He was taken out as a precaution and to make sure he will be ready to go next week.

We have some injury issues in our offensive line (mainly Trent Williams) that is much more of a worry. They weren’t performing great before, but if they are out next week it will be almost catastrophic.

Phins defense has been hot garbage this game.
Just completely embarrassing now.

I guess we’re not winning the SB this year.

It really is a nice positive way to start the new year with a hangover and watching Miami get destroyed.

If you combine Parramatta and Miami's DNA together you would get violet crumble.

Always melting when the pressure & stakes are at its highest.

Yep, Pretty much. Sure injuries, but this was a beat down and every team has injuries at this stage.

Beat Buffalo at home to win the division. Our injury situation hasn't exactly improved either. Buffalo scrapping by, but they're winning.

Where Phili 10-1? They have been terrible. Lucky to have beaten Giants's last week also. Worse 10-1 side I've seen

The reward for today's abomination is the Sunday night prime time game to decide the division.

Which means no need for the Bills to sweat and stand in the sun all afternoon.

Damn, so conceding 50 points wasn’t part of a cunning plan to avoid SNF after all. Or perhaps it was, but like every thing else, it didn’t bloody work.

Gonna be hard to bounce back from today’s defeat.
Chubb with an ACL I believe on a nothing play when the game was done

Bills are getting hot at the right time.

So are the Rams. They will probably win this weekend, seeing that the Niners will be resting a whole bunch of players after wrapping up the 1 seed. I've already heard that Purdy and CMC are out, so probably expect more as well.

Dangerous side to face in the Playoffs, IMO.

The BIlls might make the AFCCG the way they are going. Who's going to stop them?
Not KC or the Dolphins the way they've been playing. The Browns? They've been going great, but untested in the Playoffs. Jags (if they make it)? Nope. Only way I don't see them making it is if they face the Ravens beforehand.

They are still 11-5, same as the Cowboys and Lions. Only one game back from SF.
Shows how good they were at the start of the year to still be in this position after their awful fall from grace.

It's incredible to think the wild consequences and reward for the winner of the Miami v Buffalo match.

Winner gets 2nd seed and potentially 2 home playoffs if they win the wildcard matchup.

If Jags win tomorrow & Buffalo lose they are goneski.

While Miami lose they go from 2nd seed to 6th and travel to KC.

It's a pretty defining game for both franchises Buffalo have been around the mark for 4 years but come up empty and need to make super bowl soon & Miami haven't stood up in a big game since Marino retired 23 years ago.

If Titans beat Jacksonville and Miami win Bill play Miami the week after in a wild card game

That Titans loss screwed us big time. Instead of having 2nd place locked and resting players when we've already got a huge injury list we're now risking players for the win so we can do it all again next week.

Was hoping second place would face pittsburgh, not Buffalo.

Yeah its a lose-lose really.

Win this week and result gets reversed by the Bills at Home next week.

Or lose this week and get done at KC.

Ideally Jags would have won & then all we had to do was knock the Bills out and play a shithouse Pittsburgh side next week.

Miami still wanted to win today. If they lost today Bill's would of won the group.
Only difference now is they'd face them again if win. They still wouldn't of rested players today.
For the Bill's however a loss means they have a 2nd bite next week while a win means a home game against a weaker side.
Both sides will want to win.
Miami either will have Kansas away or Bill's at Home
Bills will either have Miami away or Steeler at home.

Also means the 2nd week of finals would be at home.
What would you prefer?
