Watch the documentary and give me a review. It was made before AI so you can’t give me that excuse. Oliver Stone isn’t the only one talking. You need perspective and to realise the fascist element of Ukraine.
With all due respect, I don’t see the point in watching On Fire, when it has been pulled from Netflix and the majority of opinion seems to be..

The problem with ’Ukraine on Fire’, Pavel Shekhtman writes, is that Oliver Stone mechanically illustrates Russian myths and the postulates of Kremlin propaganda that have been foisted on him.

Good on him for getting access, but it would appear that access came with a caveat.

As for the history of past leaders, Putin puppets, Fascism, Russian minorities / majorities, alleged ethnic cleansing, Russian separatists, strategic Black Sea ports - it is very complex - however nothing justifies encroachment of sovereign borders. Whether it be Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson oblasts or even Kosovo.

There’s plenty of justification if you weren’t too lazy to consider a different perspective

Mate, this conflict has been going on for quite some time, there has been ample time for me to get a "different perspective" from plenty of sources.

Assuming I haven't done this upon the basis that I won't watch an hour long video in order to further an internet conversation is a tad arrogant.

They poked the bear, and they’ll pay the price.

Yep, that seems a perfectly reasonable justification for invading another country.

He will, and should reclaim land from Ukraine

Well yeah, that has always been what this is about. War is always about lands and money. But hey, I hate to burst your bubble, but regardless of which of the many historical perspectives you take, Ukraine is an independent state, it is not Russia's to take as it pleases.

Ukraine where the overwhelming majority identify as Russian.

This is just plain false mate. The only places in Ukraine where you could say a majority of the population identify as ethnic Russian are those places the Russians now control, and that certainly wasn't the case prior to the Russians controlling them.

So, you formed an opinion without even watching it, basing it solely on a Reddit post? And I’m the one being called pigheaded?
