So you're saying he might be more chance of getting paid if he says he was raped?
Did I say that ?

I think you need to take your head out of your arse and tongue out of your cheek and find out why and how BH was paid by her workplace. Her deed of settlement has been tabled as evidence in the Federal Court if you want to go and download it. The PMs apology is there in hansard for all to see.

You would think that this is a satirical article from the shovel, but in fact it’s real and was made to go away by the Morrison government.

Parliament staff on strike over safety, ‘had enough’ of inaction

Political staffers have held a sit-in in the Parliament House room where employees allegedly have sex during work hours, saying the building is a “disgusting” place for women to work.

Tuesday’s protest came as pressure mounts on Prime Minister Scott Morrison to take more decisive action against sexual misconduct within the Coalition, as more bombshell reports further call his response into question.

A Channel 10 report on Monday alleged Coalition staffers took photos of their genitalia inside the parliament offices of their politician bosses, as well as airing claims staffers regularly brought sex workers inside the building for their MPs.

One employee reportedly captured himself committing a solo sex act on the desk of the female politician he worked for, sending it to a Facebook Messenger group of other staffers.

As revealed by The New Daily on Tuesday, calls went out on private social media groups for staffers to “occupy” the prayer room, which has been used – according to long-standing parliamentary gossip – by employees to engage in sex.

Two dozen staff – women and men – from Labor and the Greens attended, calling for urgent reform in making parliament safer and more comfortable for women. They were there for a short period before returning to work.

One Labor employee, Georgia Tree, admitted it was unusual for staffers to speak publicly about internal affairs, but said women have “had enough”.

This all comes from the expose from trouble maker Friendly Jordies.

But you will see that the whole thing was made to disappear Sir Humphrey style.

I put it to you Mr Escobar, that the reason why the guard opened the door and quickly closed it after finding a naked woman on the night if the alleged sexual assault, then cleaners were summoned to steam clean the suite on instruction of “cleaning it as if there was a party and extract any condoms”, was that there was an entrenched culture in PH whereby finding a naked woman in a suite at 3am was not an extraordinary moment on that Saturday morning. The guard did not think it was unusual.

I don't get the outrage here, is it the trip to WA ?

Wasting tasting at the wineries generally doesn't cost anything as they are free samples.

He’s on holidays and yes he was wine tasting. You nailed it.

He paid a visit to Cullen Wines in Margaret River where he tasted some of the 2017 Cullen Vanya Flower Day Cabernet Sauvignon which retails for $500.

Sounds like there was a lot of consensual sex going on in there.

At least Farry O'Barrell had better taste.
I still don’t get that whole Fatty O’Barrel thing. I know that when you go to the ICAC, that the merkins will cross examine you with secret phone taps docs up their sleeve waiting for you to slip up. But IIRC the convo was “did you ever not declare gifts” no. What about the grange ? “I don’t recall”. We have your hand written thank-you note. “I resign as premier ”. Huh ?

Labor didn’t win the last election the Libs and that turd Scomo lost it. Albo was the least shit option, and if Potato head is leading the Libs he will probably somehow be the best option again which is pretty sad.

Albo wont be there at the next election. There will be a spill for leadership change or a resignation down the line.

These politicians are gutless - backdoor it before getting what they deserve from the public and voted out properly.

You only have to look at all the state leaders in the past 2 years and all of them have walked out all cushy cushy.

Why would there be a spill ? The next election is less than 12 months away and the post pandemic economy is recovering. The alternative PM is only liked by the most hardline "anyone but labor" voters.

Newspoll: 52-48 to Labor (open thread)

The last Newspoll of the year suggests the Albanese government may have arrested its recent decline.
