These people are not victims until and unless the court decides.

If that’s the case, Jones will rightly face justice.

But all this premature back-slapping from NSW Police doesn’t help anyone.

He’s being treated differently.

Wrong on so many levels.

There is a Charter of Victims' Rights in NSW.

Even if a court finds an accused not guilty, a person is still a victim because the verdict means that there wasn't enough evidence to prove that the accused committed the crime, but it doesn't mean that the crime didn't happen.

I think he may have already been treated differently for years .... this stuff aint new - they have been taking a long time to get to a point they charge him.

Kate McClymont said its taken 4yrs for the story to be revealed. That may of been 4 yrs of him getting treated differently to an average merkin

We’ve got a judiciary Gronky. It’s part of the separation of powers.

It has checks and balances.

It’s job is make decisions of law and fact.

If a person is found to be not guilty, they aren’t guilty.

It’s not for the Police to determine who is guilty or not.

A lot of people have been wrongly charged.

I wouldn’t take NSW police propaganda on its face. It’s a flawed organisation as the ridiculous press conference showed.

The stats (Boscar), read that and you’ll find about 10% shouldn’t have been charged.

The parrot is entitled to the presumption of innocence and let the system do its job.

Chris is a gun lawyer.

Doesn’t matter to my point.

They don’t hold press conferences for 99.999% of accused’s.

They should be doing their job not parading around like social influencers trying to curry favour with the masses.
