We could be on the brink of nuclear holocaust and people are concerned about gronksplaining!

Putin wants Ukraine's assets, particularly it's natural assets.

He will not use nukes and f**k that up.

At worst he might if it gets to the point that he's completely f**ked and it makes no difference to him. But the war's not likely to go that way as Trump will pull US support.

He only wants some of the assets and he definitely doesn’t want NATO on his doorstep.

One million casualties, billions of dollars wasted….because we didn’t listen.

I don’t think the US would wear Mexico getting nuked up and presenting as a threat to the US.

Times in life, you have to go with the flow.

Biden is a lame duck president, he shouldn’t be sending or releasing weapons to the ukkies.

There should be a ceasefire and talks now. Stop mindless deaths.

He wants the whole country, they marched on Kiev if you'll remember and nearly got there. Putin thought the campaign would be a couple of weeks. He was wrong.

he definitely doesn’t want NATO on his doorstep.

He probably doesn't, but his invasion of Ukraine literally pushed Finland and Sweden into joining Nato, so he's got Nato on his doorstep whether he likes it or not.

Yet where was all the song and dance about Nato on the border over Finland? Perhaps it's really got f**k all to do with Nato, and everything to do with Putin's expansionism.

Nah, that's Russian propaganda. Russia invaded, it started with the Crimean Peninsular a decade ago, and back then the west did f**k all. It took a full scale invasion to to say whoa, hang on a minute there.

Biden is a lame duck president, he shouldn’t be sending or releasing weapons to the ukkies.

What then, because Biden lost he should stop all US support and just concede Ukrainian territory to Putin by default?

Do you think the Ukrainians might deserve a say here?

Joe Rogan this weekend to Ukraine: “f**k you man. How dare you launch missiles into Russia. You’re going to start WWIII. I mean, f**k your people.”

No, I stand by my arguments and Joe Rogan is right.

You should listen to what Chomsky has to say about it. I’ve posted it up. He’s across it all.

Thosands dead and millions of casualties and people want to argue about who is right and who is wrong?

US feeding weapons into what is a lost cause.

This notion that Putin is going to put up his hands, say he is sorry and stand down isn’t very sensible. Especially when he’s sending ICBMs over.

Dead people can’t argue.

It’s time for peace and a settlement.

Stop the killing.

That’s one of my sources, along with many others.

It’s important to consider the different accounts, understand and appreciate biases and other motives.

But there’s not much point telling dead and maimed Ukrainians that it’s ok because you’ve won an argument

You aren’t doing them or anyone else any favours.

I think we need an immediate ceasefire and meaningful talks.

I think for Labor to win the next election they need to announce some populist left wing policies/initiatives like Miles did in QLD, whilst he didn't form government only a few months previous most were expecting a near wipeout like we've seen with the tories in WA. Cutting 20% of student debt, changing their position on israel and housing is a start but they may need an even bigger one like increasing the old age pension.

They also need to keep attacking the villains woolies, coles, RBA etc

What they really need is 50 - 75 basis points of interest rates cuts.

That is the only way they'll convince people they're doing a decent job of managing the economy. Inflation is getting under control, back to back surpluses delivered, wages growing above inflation, and interest rates returning to trend ( not emergency lows ) is a pretty convincing argument.

And it needs to be convincing because regardless of all that, merkins are feeling the cost of inflation and higher rates in their hip pockets, and they're gonna blame the talking heads in power for that. Even if it means voting in the merkins whose watch it was when these issues were created.

Putin is the aggressor here, he should not be rewarded for that. To me it's really that simple.

Inevitably he likely will be, but doesn't change the fact he is a warmonger, and responsible for all these deaths.

Everything else is apologist tripe to excuse the actions of a shit merkin. f**k his eyes.

Watch this:

I think you need some perspective. It's a great Oliver Stone documentary that was made before the war.

That’s your view, that’s fine.

And he shouldn’t be rewarded for the invasion. Sure.

But that view doesn’t take into account the stark reality of the current situation and risks further escalation.

To suggest he’s going to back down under threat of new weapons is absurd and all of the evidence suggests otherwise.

This is life and death for a lot of people including innocent people.

I think we should put their interests first.

Unpalatable or otherwise, the killing needs to stop asap.

Biden is simply making it a lot worse.

The truth is somewhere in the middle. One thing is for sure, The US planned this conflict many years ago.
Well they planted the seeds of it.

The important thing is to stop the war and de-escalate the situation.

It’s just ironic that the Democrats and their deep state want to keep the rubbish going.

I worked out on the weekend that instead of forgiving the Ukrainian debt, the us could provide for millions more food stamps etc for starving Americans.

Those hit the hardest by cost of living increases.

But the extreme left here want to toe the glib party line.

This is what the extreme left have turned into I’m afraid. A shadow of their former selves. Wouldn’t know a battler if they fell over one. Too busy virtue signalling.

And why the American people embraced Trumpy.
