No, I support parties not personalities. The LNP has a huge task to win this election (requires a swing of 5+%). Add Dutton's policy f**kups, the Greens, the Teals etc and we may as well be f**king spiders. I'm surprised Sportsbet etc have'nt called it and paid out on the Labor bets (maybe they know something).
85 South Praying GIF by BET Hip Hop Awards

The best result, I can see, for the LNP would be a hung Parliament but we'll get no love from the minor parties.
so you are just cheering on the LNP team?
Pete can't negotiate so would be useless in a minority government. He is only good at using his numbers to bully people around

Did I deny it somewhere? Surely my posts would have given you some clue. You're either one or the other otherwise you have no balls and should'nt even be involved in the conversation.

What rot.
It takes more balls to vote for a party that you think will do the best for the country.
Not just tow the party line forever. That's just f**king dumb.

that is what is wrong with most political discourse
Most people want to see politicians who put the country first - not support a "team"

If you read my post earlier it clearly stated 'parties' NOT 'party'. Who said I just vote for the one party forever?

Nothing has really surprised me both are out of the depth and whoever is in charge come may 3 it won't really solve any medium-long term issues.

Exactly.
This election campaign has been nothing but a desperate bribe-fest from both parties.
Neither has come up with any long-term solutions to help with the cost of living or housing crisis.
Dutton has proved himself to be a fool. Nothing more.
Albanese is just throwing money at electorates all over the country because he is desperate to stay in power.
There is no substance from either party to assure Australians that anything will improve if they are elected.
It appears the voting public are leaning towards the "devil they know" scenario, rather than risk Trump lightweight Version 2.0
Neither option excites me.

Well, in these post pandemic inflationary times, every incumbent federal government across the world has been turfed out because of cost of living dramas EXCEPT I think Taiwan.

So anyone who is back peddling now saying that it was always a tough ask is trying it on.

Exactly where am I backpedalling? I said it was a tough ask days ago. You may have memory issues, I don't.

Because you said....

"The best result, I can see, for the LNP would be a hung Parliament but we'll get no love from the minor parties."

... What other conclusion should I draw from that?
If I've mis-read your intentions, try and be more succinct in the future.

Read what I posted. They don't have a huge task. They went into this 24/25 financial year with a huge opportunity and with everything pointing to a victory.

Personally I can't believe they will lose it, how can Labor be re-elected with such poor numbers ?

What, is she hosting another Chinese-only meeting like Melbourne?
appears she is promising a new mental health centre to be built in Brisbane

Senator Penny Wong spoke earlier today in Brisbane to discuss what the extra $1 billion mental health support will mean if Labor is re-elected.
"If elected, we will establish a Medicare mental health centre in Everton Hills and this is in addition to the new mental health centre opening in Strathpine in the middle of this year," Wong says.

Bravo. Excellent policies. I wait in eager anticipation on her following through from May 4.
