I reckon countries like Sweden and France economies would be getting swallowed alive by countries like India and Brasil so they are changing all the rules. That goes from electric cars, solar and sexuality. It's kind of smart. They don't want to become anything like those poor brown people countries. They want to live a nice privilege life.
