I will answer that after you watch this or even the first 5 minutes, so you have an understanding of what the real situation is. It's about an aussie girl who got a surprise.

The only f**king cowards in this conversation are the people who prefer to stay ignorant.

I totally get what your point is here but I don't think comparing this lady (assume she identifies as a lady) as an example of a trans person with a man's strength bashing the shit out of a lady in a boxing ring

I really don't think you can compare the two, so what do we do ? Do we allow women to get bashed in the boxing ring because this lady presents well in a podcast ? I doubt the lady in the podcast has a man's strength.

I know it's a very complex issue and I've stated my opinion on it and I have to draw the line at these boxers (and any other relevant sport) getting hurt and injured in the name of wokeness.

I saw the fight and for mine, that's not what the Olympics is all about.

I said right from the start that I am all for a level playing field in sport. I never said that I was comfortable with the bouts. IF the imbalance in strength is because she went through puberty with elevated testosterone levels, then that is an unfair advantage. This topic has been examined ad nauseum with the Caster Semenya case, where the world arbitration of sport set maximum testosterone levels for her to compete. If anyone bothers to examine the matter, both the Algerian and the Taiwanese woman were also set testosterone benchmarks and passed.

Of course a boxing match where an opponent get walloped in a weight division could also mean poor technique as much as it could anything else. I agree that she got hammered, but her defence was poor. The Italian (red) had shit technique and the girl in the blue had a long reach. No I'm no expert.

Technique is everything in boxing.

The Algerian and Semenya are not trans by Uncle Frank's definition. Viz; she did not transition from one gender to another. They grew up a female and remain female. It is likely that have genetic conditions much like other intersex people (e.g., Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome, Turner Syndrome).

Again, the identity politics over the transgender issue is out of control and corrosive.

That was the last Olympics?

What changed for the Female with huge amounts of testosterone in the last 3 years?

Nothing has changed. Well, perhaps outrage.

"The International Olympic Committee earlier this week said the boxers were women and should be able to compete as women."

"Australian Tiana Echegaray acknowledged that it was a tricky situation.
"I don't know exactly what their circumstances are," she said.
"I think it's a case-by-case situation. If you're talking about fighting an actual man, then no, I'm not cool with fighting a man. But in their case, I can't say specifically,"

Gronk, understand that basically you’re a progressive socialist and you sit solidly on the left of these issues, but take a look at the video. Unfortunately it wasn’t fair and there was a reason the Boxing Federation didn’t allow that person to fight against women. I thought it was obviously close to cruel, at the end of the day bowing to DEI pressures will end in very serious injury soon.

Someone else asked, would you let your daughter enter the ring against that individual, probably you support the Flying Bats soccer team who injure females and win by wide margins. Not a good look.

Dont bother putting up one your long posts that you find on the web that support your view, not going to change most peoples opinions.
