My Kayo wont work, keeps showing live as this morning wont load on either phone or laptop, is anyone else having same issue

Just signed up to Kayo through my telstra account. Got a bonus of 2 months for five bucks. Stretching my budget I know, but I think it might be the only way I can watch the mighties tonight.

Does anyone get buffering issues with kayo? Trying to work out where I stand with the inevitable blame game that kayo and my NBN provider will play.

I get knocked back to SD quite a bit during broadcast. NBN25/12 Chromecast to tv.

I’m using Vodafone home wifi because of property issues.

The Kayo feed hates the shitty broadband and buffers and is less quality than standard definition.

Can’t recommend either at the moment. Not until there is a better option for fast forwarding through the commentary dribble at half time and during breaks in play.

I tried for 20 minutes to cast my Kayo onto the back TV on Saturday night. When it finally came up, it played for about a minute and then froze. I tried again for another 20 mins to get it running again and eventually gave up.

I watched the replay on Sunday and for some periods I had to keen tapping the screen after it froze to get it going again. I'd be able to watch a good 10 seconds and then it would freeze.

And just one more thing. Boy does it guzzle the juice off your battery.

Just for one game, I can start it with 100% battery and it's down to 50% by the end of the first half.

I've only ever had one issue with it so far and that was Friday night and appeared to be a wide ranging problem.

Other than that i have no issues with performance of it.

Shark do you have it on HD, SD or auto? I have periods of a cast where it is so pixelated you can barely make out which team is which. I know that kayo will blame my provider but there are no such issues with other streaming services eg Netflix HD.
