Well as I speculated their rec and ret sucks. Then on top they want to pay overs. In a changing South East Qld NRL market where they compete against the Titans and soon the Dolphins for TPAs.

Haas on Fifita money would be great in our team. Could focus on what he does best with the back 5 making yards on get out sets letting take play 3 or 4 run where he can do damage.

Burton might want to be a half but he looks lost and wasted there , great centre and at centre he would be a much bigger threat , he doesn't make them that much better a team than any of the other half a dozen halves that Barrett has tried there , well maybe fractionally but i think he offers them so much more at centre .

I’d love to take Burton off their hands and stick him at centre. He played his best football there and showed how good he is at Penrith.

In regards to Melbourne though, this is exactly the sort of football I want to see us play against teams like this. Be clinical, be ruthless and show no mercy. Racking up huge score lines against shit teams like Canterbury really grows the confidence and helps you gel quicker.
