Even though I hate ANZ it'd be the best move for the club. Over those 2 years we should be able to make 1 million from the NT deal and then 11 games at ANZ for 100k a game is 1.1 million. $4 million over 2 seasons is always good in the club's pocket which will mean we get a better game day experience at Parra.

I read last week it was 4 years but that maybe from start to finish which probabaly includes planning stages.

Seems a lot of money for an extra 8,500 seats

Much like redevelopments at the SCG in recent times, it wouldn't just be new seats, it'd be additional revenue opportunities as well. Similar to what FSG has done at Fenway park, not only improved facilities but created better corporate and premium areas to cash in where they can.
