You can find the entries yourself in this thread somewhere. There were quiet a few - remember it well.

They ain't happy about the cuts. But not 1 minute of their hours have been cut back. Maybe some ot is not as available as it was. As for the sleeping bludgers, that's on the money and they are the first to admit it. A mate works in the shire and sleeps through night shift 80% of the time. Loves it.

According to the documents, Mr Slipper stopped at and visited each of the six wineries, which also include Doonkuna Winery, Yass Valley Wines, Shaw Estate Vineyard and Gallagher Wines.
''Mr Slipper knew that he was not entitled to use the Cabcharge card to pay for the hire car fare, but he did so,'' the description of offences says. The former speaker - who resigned from the position last October - allegedly used the card by filling in and signing four Cabcharge dockets instead of one.

''He filled in the trip details on the dockets by showing false information,'' including the pick up and put down locations and the amount of the fare. The documents further allege that Mr Slipper travelled to wineries again in April and June 2010.
The trips described in the documents, including some within Canberra, cost $1194.
MPs can travel at government expense only if they are undertaking "parliamentary, electorate or official business". Official business includes "meetings of a government advisory committee or taskforce" or "functions representing a minister or presiding officer".
The documents say that the Department of Finance informed Mr Slipper on three separate occasions between 2006 and 2007 that electronic and not manual Cabcharge vouchers should be used, as they were more accountable and secure.
It alleges that Mr Slipper continued to use Cabcharge vouchers because he wanted to avoid investigation by Finance about his card use.

After further reflection of the judgement 15/12/12: Nicola Roxon abusing her position as Attorney General and Justice Rares’s boss and making the public statements she did is one of the key reasons it had to go to hearing. Rares’s judgement has left it open for many people to perceive that he at least might have been or has been influenced by Nicola Roxon’s public statements thereby scandalising the court and damaging the public’s confidence in the judicial system. By the matter failing to go to hearing untold damage has been done to the reputation of the courts. Rares knows this and did not care.

Desperate and utter crap Honourable Reefy Son. Have you been listening to the worlds greatest legal mind - The Honourable George Brandis SC DH FW

Hmmmm and whose "After further reflection of the Judgement" are you refering too. So are you saying the Federal Court Judge has been influenced. Proven Conspiracy is proven conspiracy.... proved in a Federal Court of Australia.

Abuse of Process in the Court is Abuse of Process

Federal Court Judge DID NOT MAKE A COMMENT OR RECOMMENDATION... THESE WERE HIS FINDINGS...

?I am satisfied that these proceedings are an abuse of the process of the Court. The originating application was used by Mr Ashby for the predominant purpose of causing significant public, reputational and political damage to Mr Slipper. To allow these proceedings to remain in the Court would bring the administration of justice into disrepute among right-thinking people and would be manifestly unfair to Mr Slipper.?

Honourable Reefy Son would you like me to find more for you....

Anyhow the Federal Police are now investigating the matter.... Hmmmmmm

MAL Brough faces a federal police investigation into allegations he encouraged former speaker Peter Slipper's staff to leak sensitive diaries in a "political conspiracy" to bring down the government.

The (Democratically elected Prime Minister) Gillard government has authorised a Queensland Labor MP, Graham Perrett, to refer the matter to Australian Federal Police Commissioner Tony Negus, claiming the Liberals may also have breached laws prohibiting the harming of a public official, an offence that carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison, or acted as an accessory to the conspiracy.

Mr Perrett's letter also asks the AFP to investigate former Slipper staffers James Ashby, whose sexual harassment lawsuit against Mr Slipper the Federal Court threw out, and Karen Doane.

Liberal political figures also accused of involvement in a "conspiracy" to harm Mr Slipper include deputy leader Julie Bishop, frontbencher Christopher Pyne and Queensland minister Mark McArdle.

"This conspiracy involved using a fabricated sexual harassment claim to politically damage and publicly humiliate Mr Slipper," Mr Perrett wrote. "The conspiracy was designed to inflict such significant reputational, psychological and emotional harm to Mr Slipper so as to cause him to resign ... thus helping to topple the current government and install Tony Abbott (as prime minister)."

So surely, let me put it another way .... Goose Gander type of thingy.

Now lets say Pete went on a pushy tour - an known charity pushbike tour of say Syd-a-ney to say Eden. Now imagine if Pete Slipper stopped over night at say 8 towns. Now if Pete had claim $345 dollars per night living away from home allowance plus allowances for business expenses while he was doing the pushy ride. Would Slipper be a crook.

What about if Slipper - still a member of parliament went on a big tour promoting his new book.... and claiming his living away from home allowance .... would he be a crook.

I think there is going to be a lot of very nervous pollies down the "Berra"
